Growing up in the southern tradition taught me a lot about family, faith, and hard work. These pillars remain the essence of who I am; my secret sauce.

As a first generation college graduate and terminal degree recipient, I am grateful for the values that my parents and grandparents instilled. Those values are the force behind all that I am and and will become.

Over the past 20+ years, I have amassed a range of experience and transferrable skills in healthcare administration, quality, performance improvement, and project management. I am grateful to be able to share with my students and colleagues as we train the next generation of healthcare leaders and executives!
